To access an international operator for collect calls:

1. Dial the AT&T access number provided for the country you are located. A listing for specific countries is available online on the AT&T website.

2. An English-language voice prompt will ask you for the telephone number you are calling. Do not enter this phone number.

3. Press zero or stay on the line and an AT&T Operator will assist you with making the collect call.
